Day 1
Weight loss is a long journey especially when you have lots to lose. In my case, I am 95 Kgs and my goal weight is 65 Kgs do 30 Kgs to go. Consistency, Perseverance, Discipline, Patience, and Plannings are the key ingredients for success. I plan to lose these 30 Kgs over a period of 6 months. Thinking of making slow and steady changes that are sustainable too.
Every month I will try to include two healthy habits and then practice them for a month so that they eventually become a lifetime lifestyle change.
For this month:-
- Start the day with ginger, garlic, lime, and ajwain concoction.
- Dinner is salt-free like an apple and finishes it before 7:00 p.m.
Along with this, there are some basic rules that I will always follow. And these are:-
- 3 Ltrs. water
- At least 30 mins walk.
- No Sugar - Artificial sugar at the moment later I will stop taking sugar replacements also.
- Avoid Roti and Rice as much as possible.
- 1 Juice daily
- Much greens
So the first successful day of this endeavor. I am so proud of myself. Well Done! So, below is the summary of all I ate.
- Early Morning - Ginger, garlic, lime, and ajwain concoction.
- 1 cup tea with milk and artificial sweetener + 5 almonds
- B'fast - Carrot, Apple, Celery and Beetroot juice
- Lunch - 2 boiled eggs + bowl of black chana gravy + 1 cup chicken gravy + 1 cup cooked cauliflower + 1/2 cup curd
- Watermelon 1 cup
- Evening - 1 big cup tea with milk and artificial sweetener + 5 almonds
- 1 Apple
- More than 3 ltrs. water
