Day 9
Morning Weight: - Didn't weigh today because have been eating a lot for the past few days. Will start weighing again from the morning of 16th March.
Started the morning with lime + ginger + garlic + ajwain + cloves + cinnamon + long pepper + honey cocoction.
Had a big cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener. Then apple + again a cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener. Then cabbage and peas subzi. Again a cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener.
Then small dal roti 1/2 chicken sandwich + spring rolls + a big cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener. Then KFC zinger burger + Atkins chocolate.
It's enough now birthday please come and get over so that I can start fresh.
Still maintaining concoction and lots of water habit. So proud.
