Day 2
Morning Weight: - 94.3 Kgs
So, I am so glad and proud of myself to have successfully completed my first day, and that too with ease.
Today also I started my day with a concoction of Ginger, Garlic, Lime, Ajwain, and cloves. Drinking lots of water. Had a big cup of tea with artificial sweetener and milk. Again had a cup of tea with artificial sweetener and milk as I made chai masala and hubby started craving tea with the fragrance of the masala.
After a while, I had a glass of juice of Carrot, Apple, Celery, and Beetroot. Lunch was Kadhie with shredded chicken and cabbage peas.
One bowl of watermelon and after that had a big cup of tea with artificial sweetener and milk. Dinner was just an Apple before 7:00 p.m. Drank lots of water. Overall a very successful day with no cravings although my Husband made pizza I didn't feel like eating even once.
Another successful day. So proud of myself. You go girl.
