Day 6
Morning Weight: - Well I didn't check the weight today because yesterday it was not a cheat it was an eating extravaganza.
But I am back now. Started the morning with garlic+ ginger + lime + ajwain + cloves + cinnamon + long pepper concoction. And having lots of water.
Will go for a long walk at 12:00. Had a cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener and 5 soaked almonds. Sorry, but I didn't go for a walk.
Had another cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener and then carrot, beet, apple, and celery juice.
Lunch was a salmon fillet cooked in coconut sauce + mixed vegetables + curd + watermelon.
Later another cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener. One apple and then had another big cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener.
Overall a successful day no cravings and cheating and drank lots of water.
