Day 5
Morning Weight: - 95.7 Kgs. This was expected because yesterday was a cheat day. I know this is majorly water weight and will go off quickly.
So I started strong today. Had Ginger + garlic + lemon + ajwain + cloves + cinnamon + long pepper concoction first thing in the morning.
Something tells me that today also it would be a cheat but no sweets. I had enough yesterday and I am not craving for them anymore.
Although I didn't have sugar cravings but I ended up eating lots of sugar and lots of food as well. Result had a very bad acidity-type feeling in the night. But in a way, it's good because now I don't feel like cheating.
Positive again was that I had lots of water. Tomorrow is a new day. You go girl.
