Day 8
Morning Weight: - It was 95.7 Kgs today. Up by 400 gms because of the late-night snacking I did. Will be mindful from today. Every day is a new beginning.
Starting the day with ginger + garlic + lime + ajwain + cloves + cinnamon + long pepper + honey concoction.
Had a big cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener. Then apple + watermelon.
Lunch was Beans + Chana Dal + Cabbage Peas + Ghiya raita + Goat curry
The evening was a cup of tea with milk and artificial sweetener. Dinner was beans + dal + chicken curry.
But after that, it was disaster 4 keto-friendly chocolates :-( and grapes.
That's OK now waiting for my birthday. I start a juice fast from 15th March. All the best.
