Veggie Burger Tikkie

 Ingrdients:- 

  1. Boiled Potatoes - 4
  2. Carrots - 2
  3. Beans
  4. Corn
  5. Peas 
  6. Spinach
  7. Ginger
  8. Green Chilie
Take oil in a pan and add carrots and beans. cook for some tine and add corn and Peas. Next add finger and green chilies and then spinach. Add salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder and garam masala. Cook until soft and then mash the veggies with a masher. Now add boiled potatoes and cook for a while.
Let the mixture cool and then add breadcrumbs and 1Tbsp Cornstartch. Shape into the form of burger pattie.
Make a slurry of cornflour and Cornstartch. Dip the Patties in the slurry and then into breadcrumbs.
