- Take some ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan and add cumin and finely cut onion.
- Cook the onion till it turns translucent
- Add chicken or mutton curry pieces
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until it's properly seared leaves water and almost dried.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder, garam masala, deggie mirch and chicken masla for chicken gravy or salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder, garam masala, deggie mirch and kali mirch powder + chotti elaichi powder for mutton.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Then add Tomatoes + Curd + Green chillie puree and cook for 15 minutes. Add Kasoorie methi also.
