Shami Kebab

 Ingredients 1: -

  1. Cinnamon
  2. Laung 3-4
  3. Badi Elaichi 2
  4. Kalimirch
  5. Lal Mirch 2-3
  6. Onions
  7. Garlic
  8. Ginger
  9. Mutton 1/2 kg 
  10. Chana dal - 1/4 cup soaked for 3-4 hours
  11. Salt
  12. Dhaniya Powder
  13. Deggie Mirch
  14. Garam Masala
  15. Coriander Powder
Take oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and put all the ingredients until fragrant. Then add mutton and chana daal and cook until mutton leaves water and starts to dry then add 2 cups water and let it cook for 1/2 hour or until the water dries.

Let it cool and then grind into fine paste.

Ingredients 2: -
  1. Green Dhaniya
  2. Pudina
  3. Hari Mirch
  4. Lemon Juice
Mix all the Ingredient 2 to the paste created earlier and then shape into kebabs. Keep in fridge to let them set.

Air Fry in preheated Airfryer for 8-10 minutes. Baste with ghee or oil before putting in Air Fryer.
