Day 1 - 15th March
Morning Weight: - Didn't weigh today because have been eating a lot for the past few days. Will start weighing again from the morning of 16th March i.e. tomorrow.
I had a good night sleep yesterday and I am hoping it would improve further as I will be going for Functional Training from tomorrow.
Woke up at 4:30 freshened up and then did the daily chores like mopping the floor and arranging the dishes. Started the day with lime + ginger + garlic + ajwain + cloves + cinnamon + long pepper + honey concoction. Then took bath and did jai jai.
At 6:30 a.m left for the exercise place. Started exercising at 6:50 till 7:35. Came home had a cup of milk tea with sweetener.
Later had an apple and 2 boiled eggs + 1\2 Avocado. Mid Morning was a bowl of watermelon.
Lunch was 2 idlies + coconut chutni + 1 1\2 bowl Mixed vegetables + 1\2 bowl chana ghiya daal.
I have introduced some good habits to my daily routine like: -
- Starting the day with the herbal concoction
- Writing gratitude journal in the morning
- drinking 3-4 ltrs of water
- Keeping track of what I ate
- Doing Functional training
