March 21 – A Regular Day with a Sweet Ending
Today is 21st March, and my morning weight was 74.5 kg, which is 500 grams higher than yesterday. But considering the amount of rice, pistachios, ice cream, fries, chocolates, and that extra shake with 3 scoops that I had yesterday, it’s actually not too bad!
Today was also not a particularly special day, as my husband and Scotty didn’t wake me up. So, I woke up as usual at 5:15 AM, freshened up, and came downstairs. I had my thyroid medicine with two glasses of lukewarm water and then made my ginger, jeera, ajwain, and cinnamon concoction.
Meal Prep & Morning Routine
Lunch preparation wasn’t much effort today as I already had chicken gravy, so I just took the dry chicken pieces out of it and made wraps for my husband and son.
For snacks, I packed an apple for my son—I prefer giving him fruits for snacks. Then I prepared nuts for him.
After that, I prepared tea for my husband and coffee for myself and my son. Then I went upstairs to change into my walking clothes, woke up my son, and came back downstairs.
When my husband and son came down, we enjoyed our drinks together, and then my husband left for office.
After Breakfast
After that, I prepared paneer shimla mirch sabzi and gave chicken bones and blackberries to Scotty, since we were out of bananas.
Then we went upstairs, and my son got ready for school. After that, we came downstairs, and he left for school, and I went for my morning walk.
Walk Reflection
During the walk, I met one person and said hello, but he didn’t respond—probably didn’t hear me since he was wearing noise-cancelling headphones.
Rest of the Day
I came back home, took a bath, did my jai jai, got ready, gave breakfast to Scotty, and started office work.
I chatted with my husband, then pinged Braba for help with some work. He said he would be able to help at 1 PM, so I waited.
Then I had my coffee, read 20 pages of The Alchemist, browsed my old blog, and watched cooking videos by Nisha Madhulika.
Later, I had a cold drink.
Then I started writing my journal, and just as I was doing that, my husband came home. We had a little chat, then I washed the utensils and finished writing my journal.
Now, we’re about to head to the pharmacy to pick up my medicines.
